Let Active Body and Health help you build the habits that lead to a healthier and happier life.  Join our 21 Day Holiday Boot Camp starting November 28th and get a jump start on your New Year's Resolutions.  

Throughout the 21 day boot camp we will meet 3-5 times a week for workouts including cardio, TRX, and Pilates.  We will give you workouts to complete on your own during the days we do not meet and we will teach you strategies that will lead to a healthier diet and better overall nutrition. 

Because we believe fitness should always be at the top of your list of priorities each workout will be first thing in the morning. Classes will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and Fri at 6:30 am. Mon. and Thursday evenings.
