Erin O'Neill, Certified Personal Trainer
Erin O'Neill started her fitness journey ten years ago. She shed 90 pounds and conquered a lifelong weight problem with exercise and better eating habits.
As a busy mother of three she figured out how to coordinate fitness into her schedule.
Erin has been a Certified Personal Trainer for seven years, helping men and women reach their health and wellness goals. Erin is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach. Her philosophy is that each client should be treated as an individual. Erin understands that not one diet or one fitness program will work for everyone.
Erin's passion and purpose in life is fitness and wellness and helping her clients achieve their life long goals from the inside out and guiding them on their own path of success. Erin will help you implement a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness.
Erin is also an avid runner. She started out not being able to run at all and has now finished two Marine Corps Marathons and multiple half marathons. She has designed numerous running programs for all levels of runners, but finds her couch to 5K training and clients to be her most rewarding. Erin also has helped coach Girls on the Run, instilling in our young girls a healthy and positive approach to life, fitness, wellness and accomplishing their dreams.
Erin's approach to training is fun-loving but hard working. Not one workout is ever the same, she promises to deliver results that will inspire you and create whole new level of the meaning of living your life.
