Group Classes

Want to workout with a friend, family member or coworker??? Training with a group makes working out so much fun and each time you are encouraged to work harder because there are others there beside you.

If you don't have a ready-made group, join one of ours.  

Often working out is more about finding a community than it is about fitness. Fitness ends up being the meeting place.  We have seen dozens of friendships blossom in our classes over the years.

Our group classes vary from TRX and Rip trainer to boot camp and Tabata.  We incorporate medicine and bosu balls, balance and stability training, circuit and High Intensity Interval training as well as flexibility, and Pilates.

Join one of our group classes or create your own group and sign up together, you’re guaranteed to get in shape while having a blast!
