Active Kids Programs are designed to work for kids who are active or inactive. We support and encourage kids in a comforting/caring atmosphere. Our environment enables kids to get and stay active. A combination of fun and unique strength and flexibility exercises have been designed by Active Body and Health’s Nationally recognized fitness expert Debi Vincent. Our fitness trainers, will guide each child through a thoroughly supervised program designed specifically for them.
We've taken The 40/20 Workout and customized it to enable athletes to increase their agility, endurance, speed and strength; while decreasing injuries, recovery times and wasted training time. These program will make any athlete more competitive especially in soccer, field hockey or lacrosse.
