What happens in the studio (or gym) only addresses a part of the total health equation. Equally, or more important, is what happens in the real world. Active’s team of trainers will work with you to develop, and live with, an effective nutrition plan designed specifically for you.


Eat Clean TM Clients may have a program designed specifically for them. Not all programs are created equal. Nutrition is a key concept in any health and fitness program and it is important to have a support group to help keep you on the right track. Actives ‘ team of trainers will sit down with you and review your life schedule and goals and work with you to develop an effective nutrition plan. A plan that you can live with. We will go through a daily nutrition plan with you, have a daily journal, planner and calorie counter. At Active we do weekly up dates and meal planning. We offer Scenario planning for busy moms and dads as well as people who travel frequently.
