What is it? When trained properly, your core is basically what enables your body to move safely and effectively throughout the day. Your core is the center of your body where most of our daily movements come from. Your abdominals and low back as well as your hips and thighs are what make up your core! You will be guided through a workout that includes exercises with medicine balls, balance boards, the bosu ball, stability balls as well as exercises from Pilates and Yoga. Active Body and Health will bring you to your core!!
