Do you struggle to help your young soccer player to stay in shape all summer long?

Our Summer Soccer Training and Conditioning program is just what you need.  Run by USNA soccer coach Joe Malia and Sports Performance Coach Dave Vincent, this camp will cover everything from soccer moves and skills to speed and agility training to overall sports performance.  

We will meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from June 19th through August 4th, leading your young player to be in the best shape they can be before tryouts in August.  Available to boys and girls 12-18 years old. 



Joe Mallia

Coach Mallia has 23 seasons of coaching experience as a Division I women's soccer coach at USNA, Tennessee, UCLA and Loyola Maryland.  Joe has many years experience coaching and working with youth players through soccer clubs and camps.

Tyler Spence

Tyler was a collegiate soccer player and graduated from Lynchburg College with a degree in Exercise Physiology.  Tyler is a NSCA certified strength and conditioning coach.  Today he uses his skills and experience to train athletes and clients at Active Body & Health

Dave Vincent

Coach Dave has been providing clients complete sports, fitness and nutrition programs in the Washington, DC area since 1995.  His personal fitness programs and sports performance workouts are backed by a depth of knowledge and personal energy that drive his clients to success.
